A new support center for customers
Identified a critical competitive gap and designed Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's first integrated Support Center—reducing support tickets by 62% and 73% faster ticket closure.

OCI relied heavily on a third-party tool for it's source code management. Through thoughtful UX, we brought the product in-house and saved $1.2 million a year while being safer.
